Free Photoshop!!! (not really)

Need to edit pictures or create original graphics quickly and no budget for Photoshop? Try Splashup! It's an online photo editing tool that gets the job done quite nicely and best of all, it's free. The results are quite professional and you don't need a degree in graphic design to use it. You do require an internet connection but this is a great tool for re purposing graphics for digital signage if you're on a tight budget.
